Hungry Monks Music School

(1948 Belgrade)

3pm

$25

Greetings fellow ukesters! Do you have the marvelous four stringed friend hanging around,
but just don't know how to get started? Do you need some help making music? Well, you're in luck! I'll be presenting a workshop for teens and adults that covers the basics: tuning, strumming, chording, finding songs, singing while playing, and maybe even a little bit of history. The workshop lasts an hour. If the group has more advanced players, I'll spend some time on advanced topics like single note soloing or inversions (chord substitutions). Just bring some cash to Hungry Monks on the Sunday. You can register with them if you wish, but there's no need. I hope to see you there!

stay tuned,
