It's a fabulous swamp-o-rama of ukes! This amazing all day event has it all! Ukulele lessons! Ukulele vendors! Ukulele open mic! the Butterfly House! Canoes! Alligators! Performances by some of the most uke-nique ukesters in the Southeast! Reptiles! Hula dance lessons! Ukulele jams and hobnobbing! Camelias and other tropical beauties! All kinds of fun and funky four string festivities!
Begining lesson at 10:30--please bring your uke! We'll work on a simple song and get our tempo, strum, chord changing and (gulp) singing happening.
Advanced lesson at 11:30--bring a uke! We'll work on a more complex song, with some chord substitutions, strumming tricks and that elusive ukulele bounce.
