Whew! Ah yes, I remember---in the Spring it surges! So, Prohibition hosts dance night on Wednesdays, and theV-Tones will be holding it down on April 9th and April 16th. Come in for a free dance (Lindyhop, Charleston, Swing, etc) at 7pm, then experience the wild mercurial sound of the V-Tones from 8-11pm. Totally Free!
On Friday night (April 11th) you can a more intensive dance lesson at Trudy's Dance Studio at 7pm. The VTs play from 8-10pm there, and the cost for everything altogether is $10. Every time we play we tinker with the set list and personnel, so you can see us over and over again and it's never the same!
Saturday (12th) morning, I've got a traditional Jazz trio playing at the Highwire Distillery for a brunch. This is part of the DIG! SOUTH conference and is only open to the DIGnitary level attendees. You know who you are!
Saturday night (12th) V-Tones are back at Prohibition for dinin' and drinkin' music---8-11pm. FREE!
Then Sunday, ( April 13th) I'll be playing a wedding for some local Rock Stars (you know who you are!) Very private!
