Calling all bears, calling all bears, this is a kids' parade party emergency! Actually, stuffed animals of all kinds are welcome, and bring your costumes and musical instruments. It's a field day for all with a soundtrack of antique musique provided by the V-Tones of Charleston. V for Vernal!
