Folly Jazz Festival!

The Folly Jazz Festival is going to be great! There are bands from all the avenues of Jazz: Brazilian to Big Band, and of course, the V-Tones' own quirky, vintage sound. I've got Roger Bellow and Fuller Condon on board with me this time, and our trio will be hitting the Island Grill Stage at noon on Saturday, November 1st. Most of the music is free for this festival--so come on down to Folly Beach!

Also on Folly Beach, Tuesday night (October  28th) at the Jack of Cups Saloon, a V-tones trio with Peter Coish--that's also a free show, but it's from 7:30-9:30pm. With Peter, we just let it fly---you never know what will happen!

Need to dance? Come on down to Prohibition on King street Wednesday, October 29th--the V-Tones will be there with our special guest Riley Hart on the steel guitar!  There's a free dance lesson at 7pm, and live music 8-11pm. Also fun, also free!

More to come! Stay tuned!

Harvest Festival!

The good folks of North Charleston will close down East Montague street for their annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 25th. The V-Tones will be there with several other bands to provide music and wild times! We've got the dazzling Roger Bellow on board this time around. So grab your costumes and come on out to support this fun, Free, family-oriented event. It's good, clean fun from the V-Tones of Charleston!
Ahoy there Mateys! Join the V-Tones at our free show at the Georgetown Wooden Boats Festival! That's Saturday, October 18th, and we'll play from noon-4pm. Georgetown will full of pirates and mermaids. There'll be other bands, food, and lots of boats to check out. We hope to see y'all out there! AVAST!

Ol' McDoodle had a farm, E-I-E-I-O

hey y'all! Yours truly and Jeff Arnold will be a pickin' and a grinnin' at the John's Island Farmers' Market on Saturday, October 4th, bright and early, from 9am to 1pm. The Farmers' Market is on Maybank Highway, just past the library branch out there, but across the street. They've got some cool vendors--and I'm sure it's a good time to get some zucchini!
